1. The service
AKION offers software, a website and a browser extension, that shows automated readings of market charts. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use AKION.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in AKION is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Readings are automated, for information only, and may be wrong.
3. Risk
Trading binary options, CFDs and similar products is high risk. You can lose all the money you trade. Past results do not indicate future results, and no result is promised or guaranteed. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
4. Your responsibility
You make every trading decision and you alone are responsible for it and its outcome, for your broker account, and for following the laws of your country and the terms of your broker.
5. Brokers and third parties
AKION is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Pocket Option, Deriv or any broker; their names only describe compatibility. We are not responsible for their platforms, outages or changes.
6. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and allowed to trade where you live. Keep your login private; one account per person. Access may require an invite and may be limited in time.
7. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, share or reverse engineer AKION, bypass its access controls, or use it to break any law or harm others.
8. No warranty
AKION is provided "as is" and "as available". It may contain errors and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, AKION.
10. Suspension and changes
We may suspend or end access at any time, including when these terms are broken. We may update these terms; using AKION after an update means you accept it.
